Wes McElravy and his wife, Heidi, are blessed with six children and fifteen grandchildren who bring joy and energy to their lives. A 1990 graduate of Milligan College (now Milligan University) with a degree in Accounting, Wes later earned a degree in Leadership and Ministry from Johnson Bible College (now Johnson University) in 1999.

With more than 27 years of full-time ministry experience, Wes has served as both Youth Minister and Lead Minister at churches in Tennessee, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. From July 2013 through September 2023, he served faithfully as Lead Minister at Millersburg Christian Church. After two years in Tennessee ministering and helping family, Wes joyfully returned in September 2025 to continue serving the church family he deeply loves at MCC.

Outside of ministry, Wes enjoys hunting, spending time outdoors, playing disc golf, and—his greatest delight—making memories with his wife and grandchildren.
